Healthcare Assistant’s run blood pressure check clinic’s for patients with established blood pressure problems but can check it for you even if you just want to know whether yours is normal or not. They will not be in a position to discuss with you about technicalities of your disease as they are not medically trained. We discourage patients from asking a doctor for blood pressure to be checked during the consultation due to restriction of the appointment time (doctor may check it anyway if it is relevant to your problem).
They also do NHS Health Checks for patients without any pre existing conditions, age 40-75.
