Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:

- phone us on 01992 624408 or visit us between 8am to 6:30pm and we will tell you what the results are
If your tests were not requested by the surgery please contact the provider directly.
We have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.

When the test results will be available?
Approximate number of working days for tests ordered at surgery:
- Blood Tests – up to 10 working days unless otherwise advised
- X-Ray – up to 3 weeks
- Urine Test – up to 10 working days
- Biopsy – up to 8 weeks
- Smear Test – up to 12 weeks
